The 2^nd State of the Carbon Cycle Report (SOCCR-2) third-order-draft has been transmitted to USGCRP member agency principals for a four-week review period (June 23-July 21, 2017). The draft is scheduled to be released for simultaneous public and National Academy of Sciences reviews after revisions by the SOCCR-2 writing team.
